The new special edition Mistral espresso machine is technically,
almost a duplicate of the La Marzocco Linea machine. Some little
things have been refined and a lot of attention has been given
to the ease of maintenance. There are several interesting standard
option features, one of which is a logo/name deeply sandblasted
into the 12mm thick glass side-panels or matted onto the highgloss
stainless rear panel. The Mistral is approved to the UL standard
for electrical safety, but not NSF approved.
The Mistral is a limited production espresso machine that is
fully handcrafted. Only 30-50 machines are being made this year.
It is available in a "Duette" (2 group) or "Triplette" (3 group).

| Foot-operated steamwand: |
Steam valve activated by floor switch. Installed
(seen from operators side) at left or right side, or both sides
also possible. Bent glass canopy: 10mm thick glass canopy, elegantly
curved above cupwarmer tray. Also very adequate sneeze guard (logo/name
possible). Rear panel with illuminated bent glass: Very classic
look. Part of stainless steel rear body panel is replaced by curved
glass part illuminated from within (logo/name possible, also in

| High sculptural legs: |
10cm higher legs, elegantly shaped. Manufactured in steel with
black satin epoxy finish. Steam valve activated by floor switch.

Extra rack above rear panel, executed in 8mm glass and polish
stainless steel tubing. Horizontal glass plate is 14.5 cm deep,
95cm wide on Duette, 115cm wide on Triplette. |

| Large & high rack: |
Perforated steel tray high above cupwarmer tray with 8mm glass
surrounding for extra storage, non heated. Dimensions: 25cm deep,
88 cm wide on Duette, 111cm on Triplette. Small guard: Low, almost
vertical, 8mm glass panel behind cupwarmer tray, as sneeze guard
and to prevent cups from falling off at rear (logo/name possible).
