Our Return Policy

 

 

How to Make a Return

 

You have 30 days from the day you get your order to start a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at chris@ilovemud.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send your item back without first getting approval from us, as it will not be accepted.

 

Important Details to Note

 

  • Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at chris@ilovemud.com so we can resolve the issue for you.

  • Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned. This includes:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Personal care or beauty products

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

 

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Returns (European Union)

 

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
