I’m not a coffee expert, but I really enjoyed this roast. It’s smooth and bright without the bitterness I often notice in darker roasts. I liked the slight acidity and bright flavor profile — it reminded me a bit of Kona or Ethiopian coffees. Very easy to drink and something I’d happily have again.
