Dont understand how it's so good

Ive drank a lot of coffee in my life. A lot of beans, a lot of brew methods, a lot of shops. Humboldt as espresso though? I dont think i can ever go back. I didnt know that this is how coffee is supposed to taste. 10/10. No notes, change nothing. My wife and I will be buying this for a long time to come.

I received a 2lb bag of whole bean Humboldt roast coffee as a gift. Since then, I am always looking forward to mornings with a cup of Humboldt roast. Ive fallen hard for the aroma and taste and will not be going back to my old favorite.
